Brandy has had a personal yoga practice for 13 years. Having fallen in love with the practice she decided to become a teacher in 2014. Brandy graduated with her 200-RYT training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Additionally, she has completed several continuing education Master Courses at Kripalu Yoga Institute including Chakra yoga, Yoga-Sutra Modern Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Qi Gong, as well as Yin Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga.
Having been a dancer in her youth, Brandy enjoys creating a dance-like flow in her Vinyasa classes. Concentrating on moving with intention from one pose to the next, Brandy incorporates modifications and advancements to fit any yogi’s practice from beginners to advanced students. Brandy also likes to incorporate Mudras and Mantras in her classes to support taking yoga off the mat and into our daily lives.
